I’m a Personal Trainer based on Waiheke Island, passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies through movement and balanced nutrition.
My approach combines strength training, body conditioning, functional movement, and low-impact feminine flow workouts designed for all fitness levels.
